  • change/modify/cancellation is free of cost befor 6 hours of actual scheduled pickup. A nominal fee is required for cancellation less than 6 hours.
  • Any refund will be processed within 48 hours.
  • In case of passenger no-show. A no-show (full fare) will be billed from the credit card on file. Passenger must contact:(617) 499-7770 or email for reschedule/change/cancel an existing reservation 3 hours before scheduled pickup. 
  • We do not accept online booking less than 4 hours, Urgent Booking:(617) 499-7770.
  • All Airport Pickup and Drop off services, Each route toll will be added as per Airport Authority rules and fees we have to bear.
  • In case of State Emergency or snow Storms or heavy snowfall, we might have to cancel the service, we will contact before cancellation.
  • Gratuity of 20% of the fare is calculated with total fare.
  • Waiting Time: Airport Pickup-driver will wait up to 1 hours from the flight landing time and Local pickup-driver will wait up to 15 minutes or No-show (full Fare) will be billed from credit card on file. To avoid No-Show Charge, Please update any delay or late arrival via call or online modification.
